"Windowed” Privacy Fence

Duel layered (vertically) privacy fence. The top half and bottom half of the section are essentially sections to themselves built quite similarly to a privacy topper. The ornamental (which could be anything, from lattice to stained glass) is then set in a “window” cut out and fastened. The posts here are 4” x 4” and the sections are topped off with a 2” x 4”.
