Named after the subdivision where we first installed this style, it is a standard privacy fence with the framing spec'd to accept a topper. The topper is constructed of 2" x 2" uprights spaced 3" apart with a 1" x 3/4" holding strip on each side, top and bottom of the 2" x 2" uprights, to eliminate turning. Posts are 6" x 6" with a 2" x duel-tiered top, custom designed for this section style. This fence can be done in privacy as well as spaced picket or shadowbox.
