Dog-eared

Here is an inside look of the previous fence pictured. Here you see how we attached the 2" x 4" backrails to the posts, using galvanized brackets. These brackets eliminate the need for toe-nailing which can commonly split the backrails. Attaching to the side of the post also allows the pickets to follow the center line of the posts making for a more balanced looking fence.
