“Windowed” Privacy Fence

Duel stacked privacy fence. The top half and bottom half of the section are essentially sections to themselves built quite similarly to a privacy topper. The ornamental (which could be anything) is then set in a “window” cut out on the top half. It is then fastened and trimmed out. The posts used here are 4” x 4” and the sections are topped off with a 2” x 4”. There are many variation possibilities for this style of fence limited pretty much only by your imagination.
