Privacy w/ Lattice Topper

This is a standard privacy fence on bottom w/ privacy lattice section on top standard lattice is more commonly used). The section is framed as to receive the topper (the top 2" x 4" is moved up to the top for the privacy picket and the middle is properly realigned to center). The topper is constructed of privacy lattice, channeled by 1" x 3/4" strips locking it in and then surrounded by a 2" x 4" frame.
While lattice is the most popular type of topper constructed, the possibilities are quite the many.
