Beasley is a redfooted tortoise

Redfoots are native to South and Central America, but Beasley was captive-bred. She was hatched in Florida, at Central Florida Reptile Farm, on April 16, 1998, the date of the Nashville Tornado! 6 mos later she came to live with me. This photo shows her at 9 years of age and 7.5" SCL (straight carapace length).
