At Send Out Cards they have a picture plus uploads function. It allows you to upload any digital photo from your computer then you can add borders, captions, thought bubbles, and talk balloons. Then you can send a real greeting card in the mail using their web site. They print the card, stuff the envelope, lick the stamp, and mail it for you, all for less than the cost of store bought cards.
