Album: Linen Postcards

The Linen Postcard era is from 1930 to 1945 (although some linen cards were reprinted in the 1950s). Technology enabled publishers to print cards on a linen-type paper stock with very bright and vivid colors (frequently handpainted). View and comic cards were the most often published. These cards are favorites of many deltiologists and are beautiful when framed.
