5% Seven Dust (carbaryl)

Chickens should be periodically dusted to prevent external parasites.
We use 5% Seven Dust from any garden Center, we sprinkle it on the bedding and in the covered run. NOT ON THE BIRDS. We Use Pine Wood Shavings in the Pens mixed with only 25% Cedar Shavings to help deture all Bugs. We Use White Play Sand in Our Covered Runs to Keep our Birds Clean. This can be expensive but well worth it. Every Month I buy 3 huge bags of Pine Shavings and one Cedar and mix it together.
