V & E 8 ounce packet

8 ounce packet of Vitamins & Electrolytes
I put 1/4 teaspoon per quart in my waters.
You could also dilute Gatorade or Pedealite if thats all you have on hand..
Lable off the 8 oz pack.
The first set of numbers is for 8 oz and the second is per 1 lb. If you have the 8 oz. packet of Vitamins and Electrolytes then you would mix 1 teaspoon into
1 gallon of water.

d-Pantothenic acid…...1,250 mg - 2,500 mg
Thiamine……………...250 mg - 500 mg
Niacin………………..2,500 mg - 5,000 mg
Ascorbic acid………...3,750 mg - 7,500 mg
Pyridoxine hydrochloride 250 mg - 500 mg
