Inside kiln-Davenport Cement Plant -CA

In 1980 I helped rebuild the Davenport Cement Plant, 11 miles north of Santa Cruz, CA. This was taken when I was working inside the kiln where they "fire" the limestone (and other ingredients) to turn it into cement. Watched whales from the roof of this building in the spring!
