Fran & Jan on roof job May 1984

Fran and I became good friends and really enjoyed working together on the Van Ness Plaza roof job in May 1984. Van Ness & Mission in San Francisco. She wrote the most wonderful poem for me when I ruptured 3 discs in my back in 1986. We both hugged and cried because I wasn't supposed to work iron any more... but you just can't keep a good journey(wo)man down (very long)!!!
