Cake Top piece

Pictured here on the topcake. I wanted to create a 12th scale scene which would capture the colours, style and feel of the day. The beautiful tatted top cloth on the cake table was the clever work of my friend and fellow miniature artist Veronica. Thank you Veronica it matched in perfectly with the scene and i love the little hearts created in the spaces which show up against the dark cloth, very clever!!....can you see them.
