These beautiful hats rise above and beyond the others in Cozie's inventory. Something about each hat here has struck a chord with the artist/designer and as a result, is exceptional. These hats are more expensive and are among the few each year to bear the Cozie's Hats label. Each is silk lined and proudly wears the label "Cozie's Hats".
