Quill Lake

Surprising numbers of lingering shorebirds were found. At this one beach we had Black-bellied Plover, American Golden Plover, Killdeer, American Avocet, Greater Yellowlegs, Lesser Yellowlegs, Sanderling, Semipalmated Sandpiper, Least Sandpiper, Baird's Sandpiper and Pectoral Sandpiper.
