Swags over mock cornice
The gathering room between kitchen and living room in the large open space was a challenge...it needed to keep the flow, yet express itself as a bit more formal space. Open swags over a contrast faced and batted piece of plywood right angled off the dustboard gave a mock cornice appearance and the banded panels and cafes tied it all together.
