A lovely, rarely seen color in primroses, 'True Blue' is very easy to germinate from seed and can be divided to form new plants after about 3 years. It loves a constantly moist, fertile soil in bright light (north-facing aspect with no overhead shade). It remains short, just 2 inches high, and can be placed at the front of a bog garden.
