On June 11, 2002, we took off from Boston to Amsterdam where we met our daughter Jenniece and began our two week long backpacking trek through Holland, Belgium, Italy and France.

The weather went from cool in Holland to blistering hot in Italy to seasonally normal in France. All in all, the trip was wonderful and well worth the minor inconveniences. Now to plan our return trip.
