DOGGETT SCROLL
I loved this cake! It's covered in very large scrollwork, and each tier is surrounded by thin ribbon edged in gold. A scattering of red roses adorn the cake to complete the work of art. Cheryl's cake was French Vanilla with a hint of lemon but no almond this time. The filling was raspberry, and the cake sells for only $2.00/ serving. It's floated as so many of mine are, one tier half inch above the one below, and the bits of gold on the boards and ribbon make it both regal and elegant.
