ALI'S OFFSET CANDLES
My super sweet Thursday night bride was in love with the offset candles cake and designed one of her own with 'Happy Swirls" on the top and bottom tiers and simple dots on the middle tier. Each tier is 'offset' 90 degrees, and the tiers are the perfect size so they won't hang over the edges of the cake. The cake serves 168 and is the full-size offset (we make a mini offset as well to serve 120!) Ali has chosen stargazer lilies and HUGE deep red Gerbera daisies for her flowers, arranged by Austin Cake Lady. This cake sells for only $2.25/serving and the bottom line is $388, not including purchase of flowers or delivery. (Check around with my competitors for the prices on this size cake please--if they even make it, that is!) The cake is a Mexican Vanilla cake with Strawberries and cream filling. It's adorned with tiny tealights and other candles, so they'll have romantic candlelight all evening for their reception.
