NIRU GYPSY
Niru's family lovingly designed a beautiful cake for this bride in an Indian theme with colors of red to gold for her reception today at the Holiday Inn. The cake has beautiful gold ribbon that complemented the cake perfectly, and the design alternated between Swiss Dots and Riverplace Scroll--the most popular choices for this season it seems. The cake is frosted with homemade ivory buttercream that is gently smoothed to look just like fondant only without the unpleasant taste of fondant. The bride has chosen dangling beads for the separator plates to make the "Gypsy Design" for the cake. It sells for only $2.50/serving (less for cakes to serve 225 or more!) We're always happy to give you 'bottom line' estimates for your cakes if you'll call and ask. Our prices are GREAT and we're very comfortable posting them or quoting them to you. Our smallest bridal cake serves 100 because that's the smallest that I personally think really LOOKS like a wedding cake! We're booking now through December so if your big wedding is during that time, we suggest you grab your date quickly before it's gone.
