ROSS PEARL HEX
This gorgeous cake was selected by one of my favorite couples, Deborah and Roy, who married at the Radisson last night. The cake has about 12 yards of pearls on it and is highly embellished with icing latticework which frames doves to give the cake a beautiful accent of love. The cake is a beautiful hexagon which is the really 'in' thing this coming season, and sells for $2.50/serving because of all the beautiful and intricate embellishment. This is truly a gorgeous cake!
