For me, making jewelry is a passion... I love designing and creating something unique with gemstones, pearls silver, and other fine materials.

No artist, or designer, creates in a vacuum, and I have been fortunate to experience a wonderful community of like-minded jewelry artisans over the years. I hope that they have appreciated the comradere as much as I have! I'd like to take this opportunity to acknowledge and thank some of the wonderful instructors and jewelry artists who have influenced me (whether they know it or not!), and provided great encouragement and joy over the years: Connie Fox, Lisa Niven Kelly, Niv (my metal smithing teacher), Eni Oken, Jack Berry, and especially Kriss Silva, who is a master wire worker, and who first introduced me to "heavy metal!" All of these fine people have enormous talent and generosity, and I am grateful for having the opportunity to learn from them.
