Hi my name is Sandy Schroller Cook. My shop is located at 236 Old Angleton Road, Clute, TX 77531. Our phone number is 979-265-5213. We also serve lunch from 11 am - 2 pm. Monday - Friday Cake consultations are by appointment from 9 am - 10 am or appointments set up after 3 pm. Cake pick up for the weekends is 9 am - 10:30 am. At 10:30 I leave to deliver wedding cakes. I have 100's pictures that can be seen at our shop. All cakes are indiviually designed to suit the customers requirements. Prices vary according to the size and design - we do not quote cakes by the slice.

I take every cake course I can to keep up with the designs and fashions. I have been fortunate enough to have taken cake courses from Earlene Moore,Texas, Pat Trunkfield,England, Nicholas Lodge, Georgia, Debbie Brown, England, Roland & Marsha Winbeckler,California, Linda Galvez, Texas, Kerry Vincent, Oklahoma, Linda Reese, Mike Mc Carey, Food Network Bronwen Weber,Texas (Bronwen has competed in eight Food Network Challenges, earning three gold, four silver, and one bronze medal - making her the most medaled competitor in the series.), Cheri Elder, Dena Bryngelson, Texas, Martha Hebert & Becky Guidry, Lousiana, and Carol Fouts, Texas. I belong to the International Cake Exploraiton Society and the Houston Cake Club. I have also taught cake decorating for 5 years in Lake Jackson, Texas. I have entered 2 cake shows. My first one I won first place in my division with my Western Wedding Cake in Dallas. My second one I won first place on my Tree sculptur and third on my Dragon & Castle scupltur in Austin at the Culinary Art School. I also entered a dessert contest and won first place with my Banana Pudding.
