A closer look....
This is a closer look at the bog edge area. Look close and you will also see the fish line that crisscrosses the pond...a safety feature to keep hawks from swoping down and grabbing a meal. Hopefully, after more plant material is growing in the pond to protect the fish, I can take out the line and the rebar it is attached to.
