Ferry Flight Qualification Flight T-38 Flown Cover
The top cover marks the 2nd Enterprise/SCA Ferry Flight practice or qualification flight in preparation for their first cross-country flight to MSFC, AL. The bottom cover was involved in the flight and, as indicated and documented by the photographer, was flown in the T-38 Photo Chase aircraft. Covers have been flown in test aircraft for collectors long before the ALT Program. Many covers are known to be flown on the X-15 rocketplane in the 1960's and probably most well-known test aircraft since and on many of the space missions and to the moon.
