RED DRUM CAKE
Emilee chose a red drum cake for her new hubby's groom cake today. The reception was at the magnificent new venue Casa Blanca on Brushy Creek! The cake is our fudge cake with loads of fudge filling, and the red icing really isn't red icing--it's white homemade buttercream and it's 'airbrushed' with Wilton's new spray cans of color that don't make the frosting taste bad! :-) The bands are rolled fondant which taste dreadful, but those can be peeled off easily.
