UT OFFSET
This fudge offset groom's cake serves 68 and sells for $2.25/serving. It has little longhorns decorating each of the corners and a UT Logo on the front. The whole cake is covered with fudge scroll, and chocolate-dipped strawberries surround the cake. A strawberry bride and groom decorate the top of the cake.
