LONGHORN OFFSET
If you're looking for a huge Longhorn cake, this one might be for you. It's the offset square, drizzled in orange candy melts, and has a burnt orange longhorn on the top. Our fantastic fudge cake sells for only $2.25/slice but this one was an Italian Cream which sells for $3/serving, and it has to be refrigerated because of the cream cheese in it. It has several strawberries in 'tuxes' with orange bowties and has a strawberry bride and groom on the left side. This was two offset cakes for one wedding--they serve 168 each--so they had a LOT of cake and I hope everyone wanted seconds!
