GERMAN CHOCOLATE SCROLL
This is our smallest groom's cake and it serves 40. The sides are frosted with dutched chocolate buttercream, smoothed, then a row of fudge scrollwork encircles the sides of the cake. It's filled and topped with homemade German Chocolate coconut/pecan frosting. The cake itself is our homemade German Chocolate and sells for $2.25/serving, $2.50 in square.
