ANGEL SPRINGS MELISSA
One of our brides for the day, Melissa, chose a three-tier square cake to feed 140 guests. The fillings were varied and the cake flavor was Mexican Vanilla. The top tier has their monogram along with tiny hearts. The center tier has small dots, and the bottom tier has happy swirls for embellishment. They're probably slicing the cake just as I'm posting the picture...these albums are that recent! The square cakes sell for only $2.25 and the round sell for $2 for all the basic designs. Squares are just a bit harder and more time consuming but they're sooo pretty aren't they? Beautiful flowers are by Brigitte who does a fabulous job at anything she does!
