BLUE LACE
This incredibly different and elegant cake is a pale blue smoothed buttercream covered with Cornelli lace and edged with shell borders. It is set up where tiers are about 1/2 inch apart and that gives it a 'floating' effect. It is embellished with huge brightly colored roses and sells for $2.50/serving, not including delivery and flowers. Pale colors are the incoming thing for 2002--don't miss out on this one! One of my favorites! :-)
