Floating Flowers
This cake is for a large wedding of 500 but can be done on a somewhat smaller scale. It sits on a clear variable-height group of cake stands (stands rent for $40). The brightly colored bouquets of flowers are also made by Austin Cake Lady. The cake is very reasonably priced at a low low $1.90 per serving when serving 300 or more and $2/serving for fewer than 300. It has garlands lined with strings of pearls and elegant lace. Small purple forget-me-nots can be changed for anything that coordinates with your wedding theme.
