DRISKILL GRAPES
This is a 'floated cake--one where each tier "floats" half inch above the one below. It makes it incredibly easy to serve and set up, and it's even more stable than the stacked variety. Its embellishment is simple with what I call "happy swirls" there is ribbon on each tier which is easily removed for serving. A few grapes set the mood. This cake serves 213 and sells for $1.50/serving if your guests number over 200...$2.00/serving for small cakes.
