VALENTINES OFFSET
Happy Valentine's Day to each and every one of you! For Valentine's weekend wedding, my bride Amy chose the very VERY popular "Offset Candles" cake. I've nearly stopped posting new pictures of them because I'm making so many these days that I don't want you to think that's all we do. You name it--we do it if we can because we want our brides to be happy-faced at the end of her big day! This cake is the full-sized offset square and serves 168 guests (150 if you're planning to keep your top tier!) The topper is red roses, and more red roses and tealights sit on every corner of the cake. The bottom tier is 'Happy Swirls", the middle tier is the elegantly simple "Dots" and the top tier is "Puffed Hearts." It's truly a cake that says "LOVE" and sells for a low, low $2.25/serving. It's #2 crowd-pleaser--Mexican Vanilla with a hint of lemon and almond with red raspberry filling. Flowers are by Austin Cake Lady.
