Rear Tire Clearance Test

Actually this is a rear suspension articulation test. We tried to simulate the effects of a hard left turn to determine the dynamics of the rear suspension.

The following photo's will show how much tire clearance we will have during cornering loads. From a static position the tires are 1" from the leaf spring, 1-1/2" from the inboard side of the wheel well and 3/4" from the quarter panel wheel well lip. It would appear that we will have no trouble with the tires rubbing.
