Home made 8" f7 Newtonian OTA. I ground the mirror during summer vacation before my senior HS year. But had it figured to 1/20th wave prior to coating. It's still in use today on a newer mount and is the sharpest scope I own.
The mount in this photo was my beefed up Edmund 6" mount.
