City of Utica and the Burgoo Festival.
Having seen as much of the beauty of Starved Rock State Park as we were able in a short time, we went to Utica, a city of 1,000 inhabitants. On that Sunday, the town swells to 25,000 for the Burgoo Festival!! It was crowded!!
