Our daughters gave us a cruise to the Bahamas as a gift for our 50th wedding anniversary. Here are pictures we took on the trip.

On our return to the US, there was a hurricane (Ophelia) hanging around Port Canaveral where we were scheduled to dock (and where our car was). Because of the storm we docked at Fort Lauaderdale instead of Port Canaveral, and had to go on a bus for a three hour drive in order to pick up our car and drive an additional three hours to get home to Port Charlotte. Not a happy ending to a very exciting and wonderful trip, but it certainly made it interesting and gave us something to talk about for a long time.
