August 2005 cruise (Page & Moy) on the Danube, starting and finishing in Passau, Germany, a round trip of 600 miles in one week, achieved by frequent overnight cruising.

Our boat was the Dutch-built and Dutch-owned "Serenade 1" (new in 2005). We visited Melk, Durnstein and Vienna in Austria; Ezstergom and Budapest in Hungary; Bratislava in Slovakia. Oh - and we were well fed on board (generously and frequently). Good job there was an on-board gym!
