Rehearsing the Workout
Frank, the producer, watches as Brendali (from many of the Winsor Workouts) leads the four testimonials in our workout. We each took turns in the "hero spot" (front mat) during shooting. The Winsor Pilates Sculpting circle we are using really take your workout to another level. It will sculpt your body slim!
