Cinnamon Apple Parfait (P3)
1 cup plain whole milk yogurt; 1/2 scoop FF vanilla whey; 1/2 scoop FF chocolate whey; 1 apple (cored, cut into chunks); 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed; dash of cinnamon; dash of stevia plus; dash of vanilla extract.
DIRECTIONS: 1) Mix cinnamon, stevia, and flaxseeds in medium bowl. 2) Toss apple chunks in flaxseed mixture until well coated and set aside. 3) mix splash of vanilla extract into cup of yogurt. Mix 1/2 scoop vanilla whey into 1/2 cup yogurt and set aside. 4) Mix 1/2 scoop chocolate whey into remaining half cup yogurt. Assemble parfait by layering vanilla yogurt, apples, chocolate yogurt, apples, etc. Makes two parfaits.
