Yummy Yammy Dessert (P2)
This is really REALLY easy. Peel one small yam and wrap in parchment paper. Bake in 350 degree oven until soft to the touch (say half hour to 45 minutes). Cool. Using blender or wand mixer thingie, mix yam with 1 scoop whey protein (I used the veddy yummy Fat Flush whey. Whatever brand YOU use will greatly impact the end result). Add whatever spices appeal to you - I used cinnamon, ginger, dash of nutmeg (P3 spice) and allspice (P3) in an imitation of pumpkin pie. This is ALMOST too sweet - but Tasty! 1 small yam made a little more than you see in the accompanying photo - I used the extra to "frost" the spaghetti squash pudding I had in the fridge.
