HOLLY SCROLL
Tonight's wedding for my bride Holly is at Stephen F. Austin, and she chose a four-tier scrollwork cake with fleur-de-lis. She chose the favorite crowd pleaser--you probably know what that is by now--and it had raspberry filling. The awesome flowers were by Craig with Photosynthesis (836-3449 is his phone number!) and he was soooooo good!!! I watched him work and loved it because he's as into his work as I am mine. He wouldn't stop till it was perfect, and he included fresh champagne grapes on the cake with some big orange Unique roses and yellow freesia, combined with greenery and an assortment of other exquisite things. You can bet I got some of his cards, and they're waiting for you on my bride's table! This cake fed about 180 and sells for $2/serving if 'floated, or $2.25/per serving if 'stacked.
