Lisa chose a small and simple four-tier cake that served 136 for her reception at UT ballroom. She chose the French Vanilla flavor with a variety of fillings. The cake had only dots with no top borders and looks simple but is one of the most difficult with buttercream frosting. It sells for $2.50/serving, not including delivery. There were no flowers--just a few petals.
NOTE FROM BRIDE: I got sooo many compliments on the look and the taste of the cake!People absolutely LOVED it! You know, the cake I had left over is just about gone...WITHIN A WEEK. Also, one of Jon's aunts said she had been to several weddings within the last two years and had NEVER tasted a wedding cake as good as yours!!!! Everyone also loved the chocolate cake!!! We didn't have any of that left over to taste!!! I just wanted to let you know that you did a wonderful job and that everyone DID LOVE your cakes!!!! Thanks sooo much for all of your hard work!!
