Arched Swag Treatment
Interlined Silk. by Windows by LIZ 4/05 This was a challenge to recreate a pic from a magazine. It was done in 4 separate pieces. The swags are attached to small boards, the side ones are mounted vertically, and the panels are gathered with pencil pleat tape and hung from Rowley's pin strips. Choux rosettes cover the connection points.
