Knotted Rope Trim
Thanks to the forum, I ended up using T-pins to attach my knotted cording. Too bad you cannot see the colors well. I used 2" velcro on the frame and the panels to attach the returns and give extra strength to the overlaps. I used screw eyes at the pleats and attached with normal drapery pins.
