I painted my kitchen walls to look like old brick. Glad to get rid of the blue doors. Once started I had to scrape and sand 4 layers of old paint, blue, yellow, green and white. I primed with a good primer and added some tint to give me a base coat of grey.

Once I did all the wood slats,lines to separate each slat, shadow etc., I painted on fake hinges and handles in black and also painted the real wooden handles black to look antique. The top middle ones will be a faux stain glass or flowers.
