FUN SPIDERS
I love spider mums of all colors on wedding cakes! They're sooo big and colorful!!! They look like an explosion of color, and they work very well on the square offset cake that Hallie chose for her Sunday wedding at House on the Hill! It's the "crowdpleaser" cake--French Vanilla with a hint of lemon and almond and with raspberry filling and with deliciously homemade buttercream frosting--YUMMY! The top tier is embellished with "Puffed hearts," the middle with "Happy Swirls" and the bottom with "Lazy Lace" for a pretty but whimsical and fun wedding cake. The cake sells for $2.50/serving, and this size cake feeds 168 (150 if you're keeping your top tier for your first anniversary!) Where else can you feed that many guests the best tasting cake in town for that little? We're booking '10 so don't think you have oodles of time if you're having a 2010 wedding because you don't.
