I taught myself how to make jewelry about 8 years ago. I bought a very simple book for kids with lots of pictures. I was also very lucky to become friends with a woman who owned a bead store in Overland who showed me many techniques. For Christmas my wonderful hubby bought me a kit to make my own lampwork beads, and soon I hope to be making my own beads! I love being able to create one of a kind unique pieces!
